Dr. Apurawa Agrawal

Physiotherapist, Integrative Health Specialist, Certified Diabetes Educator

Hi, I’m Dr Apurawa Agrawal, Physiotherapist, Integrative Health Specialist, and Certified Diabetes Educator.

I founded Elevora Integrative Health with one clear mission: to help people address the underlying drivers of metabolic and stress-related health issues, rather than simply managing symptoms on the surface.

Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across clinical and virtual care settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in improving their physical, metabolic, and emotional well-being. My approach combines evidence-based clinical science with lifestyle medicine, stress regulation, and mind–body strategies to create sustainable, long-term change.

Whether you are navigating prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, burnout, or stress-related health concerns, my goal is to provide you with the clarity, structure, and personalised guidance needed to better understand your body and move towards lasting improvement with confidence.

My work focuses on helping you move from confusion and inconsistent results to clarity, structure, and sustainable progress.

Education & Professional Journey

I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 and began my career working across multispecialty hospitals and clinical settings, where I developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation and patient care.

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the deeper drivers of health, particularly lifestyle, metabolic, and stress-related conditions that require more than symptom-based treatment.

Guided by this perspective, in 2015, I entered the digital health space and joined a personalised health platform, supporting clients in improving their metabolic health alongside my hospital practice in women’s health. Since then, I have worked across multiple virtual care platforms in India and internationally.

This diverse experience has given me broad exposure to the real-life challenges individuals face when trying to improve their health amidst busy, stressful lives.

To further strengthen my approach, I have pursued advanced professional training in integrative medicine, diabetes education, nutrition, and mental health, expanding my ability to support clients through a more comprehensive, root-cause lens.

Today, my work combines clinical science, integrative health principles, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients achieve sustainable improvements in their metabolic, physical, and mental well-being.

What I’ve consistently observed is that long-term health improvement doesn’t come from isolated changes, but from addressing the system as a whole.

My Mission

My mission is to contribute meaningfully to global health by helping reduce the growing burden of preventable lifestyle-related conditions such as chronic stress, prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes.

I am deeply passionate about supporting people in slowing, improving, or, where appropriate, reversing the progression of these conditions through early education, root-cause understanding, and evidence-informed integrative care.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, guidance, and support needed to take charge of your health and build lasting wellbeing, no matter where you are in the world.

Ultimately, I aim to help you feel more in control of your health, with a clear, structured approach that works in real life.
