1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality Integrative health services and programs. Due to the nature of online coaching, digital content, and time-bound sessions, all purchases are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the respective sales page.
Please read the service description carefully before making a payment.
2. Digital Products & Pre‑Recorded Programs
This includes:
- Pre-recorded video programs
- Downloadable guides, PDFs, worksheets, or audio files
- Online challenges with immediate content access
Refund Policy:
- All digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted.
- We do not offer refunds for partial completion, change of mind, or lack of usage.
3. Live 1‑on‑1 Sessions (Online)
This applies to individual physiotherapy or consultation sessions conducted online.
- Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no‑show), will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund.
- In case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
4. Group Programs, Workshops & Challenges
This includes:
- Group coaching programs
- Stress management or wellness workshops
- Corporate or community group sessions
- Time‑bound challenges
Refund Policy:
- Once a group program or workshop has started, no refunds will be provided.
- If a cancellation request is made before the program start date, partial refunds (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the program sales page.
- Missed live group sessions are not eligible for refunds or make‑up sessions unless stated otherwise.
5. Corporate Wellness Programs
For corporate or organizational engagements:
- Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation terms will be governed by the written agreement or proposal shared with the organization.
- Individual employee participation or non-attendance does not qualify for refunds.
6. Service Disruptions or Rescheduling by Us
In rare cases where a session or program is cancelled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, illness, or force majeure):
- The session will be rescheduled, or
- A suitable alternative will be offered
Refunds will be considered only if rescheduling is not possible.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to services or digital products.
- We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before contacting your payment provider.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary depending on individual participation, consistency, health condition, and lifestyle factors.
