Dr. Apurawa Agrawal

Physiotherapist, Integrative Health Specialist, Certified Diabetes Educator

Dr. Apurawa Agrawal is the Founder of Elevora Integrative Health, a virtual integrative health platform focused on diabetes care , metabolic health, and stress regulation.

With over 10 years of global experience in physiotherapy and virtual health coaching, she integrates clinical science with lifestyle-based and mind–body approaches to support long-term metabolic balance and overall well-being.

Education & Professional Journey

Dr. Apurawa completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 and began her clinical career working across multispecialty hospitals and clinics. During these early years of practice, she developed a growing interest in addressing health concerns beyond isolated symptoms—particularly lifestyle-driven and metabolic conditions that require long-term, integrative support.

In 2015, guided by this perspective, she transitioned into the digital health space and joined a leading personalised health guidance platform, delivering expert-led virtual care. Alongside her virtual work, she continued clinical practice in hospital settings, including experience in prenatal and postnatal women’s health through her work in a maternity hospital. Since then, she has worked extensively in virtual integrative health coaching, supporting clients across multiple countries through established digital platforms as well as independent practice.

During the COVID-19 period, she completed a World Health Organization (WHO)–led certification in the clinical management and rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients, strengthening her understanding of post-viral recovery. In 2023, she worked as a physiotherapist with a Canada-based digital health startup, supporting post-COVID (long-hauler) patients in their rehabilitation and recovery.

To further strengthen her clinical approach, she pursued advanced professional training, becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator and completing Integrative Medicine certifications in Type 2 Diabetes and Alzheimer’s from the Leslie Korn Institute. These qualifications reinforced her evidence-informed, integrative approach to managing complex lifestyle and metabolic conditions.

To support individuals living with type 2 diabetes through personalised guidance that builds clarity and confidence to reverse or effectively manage their condition.

To address chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional overload by supporting nervous system regulation and mental well-being, recognising stress as a key contributor to both physical and emotional health challenges.
